Why do I feel so weak, I feel my whole body is just generally weak and I don't even know how well to explain it.
I have just taken malaria and typhoid drugs two weeks ago, but I cannot explain the reason why I feel this way.
Now, it just mixed with cold and a slight headache, please I need someone to help tell me what this could be.

Sleeping has become really difficult for me this days as I find it quite hard to sleep.
This pains I feel is great and intense, I think I should go and see my doctor very early tomorrow, while I thought over what I could write and my mind and brain became weak to think of anything, I felt I should share with you on the state of my health.
