I know, I know, I'm behind. This happens often. I get so bogged down in reading that I don't get to the responding and creation that actually adds something to the conversation.

I think Crim's speech is very worth your time. It's not every day that a blockchain creator explains their native ecosystem without throwing a billion different jargon terms and makes something so simple to understand.

In the end there’s only up above and down below,
Don’t know where it’ll go,

It’s getting darker, though,
Like the difference between “I don’t know and I don’t hope”
The conversations be had these days are pitiful,
Full of hype but just as literal,
It’s always the fear of missing out,
But people really miss out on the point.
It’s about identity, you people all forget
Where we came from and where have yet to get,
You’ve forgotten all the important things,
Attention spans reduced to 10-sec clips on Instagram.
TikTok goes the clock, and there goes all your privacy,
You forgot that you had a life, and honestly
You may not deserve the highs you could reach
If you honestly sat down and thought about what it means
To really live in the moment, instead of being
So doped up and drunk on likes you forgot to finish them.
There aren’t many places where you can go and be alone,
Maybe you forgot that’s what it really means to be independent,
Oh wait, I forgot to say there’s no way out,
You’re honestly plastered over every single spam account,
Your face is meaningless because you sold it for likes,
Now you’re gonna pay the price, suffering for the way you think,
Because you have no privacy, and everyone knows
Whether you like the thing or if you’re faking it for the dopamine.
