So last night I thought I'd try my hand at home made chicken parma and chips.
I started with crumbing the chicken with Parsley and Italian herbs.
Fried and then baked with sauce and cheese!
The out come was absolutely wonderful!
Fortunately I made extra so I've got some for lunch today!
