Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day & I’m always trying to come up with new and interesting things to make.
These bacon, egg & avo sushi rolls were one of my creations & were delicious. 😍
All I did was add a fried egg, bacon strips & avocado slices on top of the nori & sushi rice, roll it up as usual & cut into bite size pieces!
