Hello Steem Friends,
I鈥檝e never had walleye before, so I decided to try some tonight, this was cooked panfried, over a bed of wild rice with asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes, and a side of tarter sauce for me.
The walleye was pretty good, however I found a couple of teenie bones while I was eating, not a fan of that 馃槵 but overall a good meal, the flower was even edible and yes I tried it... can鈥檛 really describe the taste except that it was mild and didn鈥檛 really taste like much if that makes sense 馃榾
I also enjoyed some popovers and yum, if you鈥檝e never tried one, you should, it鈥檚 kind of like a hollow roll, especially tasty with honey butter and some grape jelly for me!
