Grapefruit and lemon extracts have many similarities. Grapes generally contain a variety of nutrients that help keep the human body healthy. Grapefruit is generally rich in potassium. Eating potassium is very beneficial for the body. Adhering to a high sodium high potassium diet is the best way to control high blood pressure. As a result, the risk of heart problems in the human body is greatly reduced. Along with that, the problem of excellent cholesterol is removed. If we consume a lot of potassium, it causes various stomach problems. So these types of drink rich syrups clean our stomach and internal organs after all. After all, lemons play a very important role in weight loss. Prevents kidney stones, prevents constipation, controls diabetes and reduces the risk of heart disease as well as stroke. Necessary Equipment:-

• Water 240 ml
• Amount of salt
• A piece of lemon
