Fueron 12 kilómetros esta cita con amigos, con un clima bien agradable, una ruta cómoda, segura, muy importante ya que los domingos hay mucha gente amanecida en la calle y hay que tener cuidado. Este es un dia de ver a muchos corredores por la calle, ya que el domingo es el dia oficial del entrenamiento largo en grupo. Una hermosa luna aun se contemplaba en el cielo cuando comenzamos a trotar, estaba bien radiante, estaba en su fase de luna llena.Fue un maravilloso entrenamiento el que disfrutamos en este dia. Al final nos hidratamos, y tomamos algunas divertidas capturas fotográficas.

Like every Sunday, we go out for a group run—this is our get-together with friends, enjoying pleasant conversation and laughter while we train. It might seem crazy, but it’s the get-together with friends I’ve enjoyed the most for quite some time now, because I find a sense of purpose in sharing this experience. It’s not just sitting around talking like we normally do; chatting while we jog is on a whole other level.
We covered 12 kilometers on this outing with friends, in very pleasant weather, on a comfortable, safe route—which is very important since there are a lot of people out on the streets early on Sundays and you have to be careful. This is a day when you see many runners on the streets, since Sunday is the official day for long group training runs. A beautiful moon was still visible in the sky when we started jogging; it was shining brightly—it was a full moon.We really enjoyed a wonderful workout that day. At the end, we rehydrated and took some fun photos.
