Pero que belleza de sol hoy pude contemplar durante mi entrenamiento, quede tan fascinada por tanta belleza, sentía asi el sol bien cerquita, asi bien fuerte como es el imponiéndose al dia. Que espectáculos de amaneceres nos regala la naturaleza, y que bendición poder disfrutarlos asi tan cerquita, esto es vitamina para el alma. Hoy sali a entrenar bien temprano realice 8 kilometros a ritmo suave, fue un entrenamiento maravilloso esos que te hacen agradecer por tener salud, y este habito tan maravilloso como mantenerse en movimiento. Disfruten cada momento con la naturaleza mis queridos amigos.

But what a beautiful sunrise I was able to contemplate today during my workout—I was so fascinated by all that beauty. I could feel the sun so close, so strong as it asserted itself over the day. What spectacular sunrises nature gives us, and what a blessing to be able to enjoy them so up close—this is vitamin for the soul. Today I went out to train very early and ran 8 kilometers at a gentle pace. It was a wonderful workout—the kind that makes you grateful for your health and for this wonderful habit of staying active.
