Hicimos diferentes tipos de ejercicios, de esta forma conectándolos que si uno se cae se cae el otro, si juntamos fuerzas, y trabajamos hacia el mismo objetivo, alcanzamos de forma exitosa nuestras metas. Si que se divirtieron los niños con estas actividades. Ha sido un maravilloso tiempo para todos tanto para ellos como para mi. Agradecida por esta maravillosa oportunidad, seguimos capacitándonos para ayudar a los demás, y transmitir así de forma correcta nuestras habilidades, fortalezas.

Today we wrapped up the surf camp where I serve as an assistant instructor for mobility, flexibility, coordination, and relaxation exercises, along with some teamwork activities. It’s very important to instill in children from a young age the importance of teamwork—how we can find support and achieve goals when we work together—and we must also teach them to respect their peers, regardless of their condition or ability, and to help others if they are more capable.
We did different types of exercises, demonstrating that if one person falls, the other falls too; but if we join forces and work toward the same goal, we successfully achieve our objectives. The children really had fun with these activities. It has been a wonderful time for everyone—both for them and for me. Grateful for this wonderful opportunity, we continue to train ourselves to help others and to effectively share our skills and strengths.
