A cordial greeting to all photography lovers of this beautiful community.
It's been a while since I've introduced myself in these parts, but today I do it with pleasure to show you images of the small town that once bore the sonorous name of Minas del Puerto del Príncipe, belonging to the current province of Camagüey, Cuba, where I live.
Yesterday was Sunday, and as is customary here, almost no busy people are seen walking along these streets.
Although it also happens that there has been a very large emigration, mainly of young people, due to the great economic crisis we have in the country, and we have decreased a lot in the number of inhabitants.
The streets are not very busy, desolate, I dare say....
But observe: we are ending the month of January, and the sun is like in summer: 28⁰C, and a brightness that blinds.
Well, friends, I hope you will be pleased to have seen my black and white photos, and that you will perceive a little of the atmosphere of this place; I just don't want you to be depressed by the loneliness of the streets. Better times will come...
Greetings again, and see you next time.
