Eliud Kipchoge ran an astonishing world record in marathon in Berlin today. The Kenyan clocked 2.01.39 ( two hours, one minute and 39 seconds) on 42,198 km and was the first man to run under 2.02 ever. He beat his compatriot Dennis Kimetto's erlier world a record - also set in Berlin in 2014- by one minute and 18 seconds.
