Had some fun at training today with an advanced combo. A friend of mine posted a similar combination to his Instagram page and tagged me and a few others to give it a try.
His combo was the same but without the jump on the last kick so I added a little bit of spice to mine!
Jab, jab, body cross, hook, low roundhouse, jump turning hook kick.
It's extra cool for me because it's been around 10 years since I could do this move! I've had so many injuries and surgery that until recently I couldn't train it!
