It's been a few months since I wrote about our cat Tom. That's because he disappeared. Did he wander off, was he attacked by a dog, a car?
We really don't know, we just haven't seen him since.
I think he turned 6 months old and started going out in the yard, climbing trees.
And cats can be annoying and attack others.
Of course, when he disappeared, my son was sad because he really loved him.
We wanted to get a dog, but my son prefers cats.
So we started looking for a kitten again.
We chose a kitten who is about two and a half months old and comes to us from Fruška Gora. She lived at the cottage of her former owner, so we adopted her.
And of course they immediately became friends and started making a "hush" all over the house.
You never know who's chasing who.
The only thing is that now we have a small problem.
What will we call her? My son wanted to be Tom again. But since the female is in the litter, that name doesn't really work. I suggested "Rica", but it's still under consideration.
If you have any ideas for a name for this little kitten, please let me know and we'll consider it.
We actually hope that my son will like the name.
Since our cat Tom mysteriously disappeared, my son is now overly protective, he won't even let her leave the house.
At first I agree with him because this is her new home, so while she learns about our house where there is plenty of room.
Since we all love cats in our house, the new kitten has become our family pet.
