Hello fellow pet lovers! 🐾
A very warm greeting to you all, and I hope you are all doing well and staying healthy.
On this occasion, I’d like to introduce you to one of my beloved cats. You could say he’s my special mascot because he always serves as an inspiration for my digital artwork. Out of all the cats in my house, he is the only black one. Incredibly, he is one cat with many identities. You are free to call him Koi, Kong, or Bujel, just pick whichever name feels right to you, haha!
His real name is actually Koi. I gave him that name when he was just a tiny kitten. Back then, he looked so skinny with a bloated belly and big eyes due to illness, it honestly felt like there was little hope for him to survive, let alone grow big. Instead of looking like a cat, he looked more like a goldfish. That's where the name "Koi" came from. But who would have guessed? As time went by, he grew way bigger than anyone could have ever expected.
Because of his growth, his nicknames at home keep changing,
Bujel, What my mother calls him (in Javanese, it means blunt or stubby). This is because he doesn't have a tail, or more accurately, his tail is just too short to be called a tail.
KingKong, what I call him, because as he grows into adulthood, his body has become big, muscular, and strong just like KingKong.
Oh right, below are a few photos of him keeping me company while I work. Lately, though, he’s been pretty busy patrolling the house like a male cat guarding his territory, so he rarely sits down to relax with me at my desk anymore.
Koi actually has a twin sibling, but so this doesn't get too long, I'll introduce him in the next post!
That's all for a brief introduction to this multi-identities black cat of mine. Thank you so much for reading, and see you in the next story where I'll introduce Koi’s twin! Stay safe and healthy, everyone!
