Inside this shell we can see in the image, there is a delicious mollusk which you can eat either boiled or roasted. it only takes a few minutes and it will be ready to eat it, personally I like it in all the ways until raw with a little lemon for me it is super rich.
In Venezuela it is said to belong to the species Pinctada imbricata, whose size rarely exceeds a length of 7 centimeters. The species in particular lives in clear waters, on the sand with remains of dead coral, other shells and stones, in a depth of between 5 and 30 m.
