5 June 2026, Freewriters Community Daily Writing Prompt Day 3125: just an estimate

Just an Estimate
What we say when we've just met someone is just an estimation: "They're a good person, cheerful, fun, respectful." We make judgments very quickly. The same thing happens when we don't like someone: we say, "They gave me bad vibes," "They didn't like me," "They're very pretentious," or "They think they're better than everyone else." We make judgments too soon, which makes us seem selfish. We don't give ourselves a chance to get to know them better; we base our opinions on an estimation based on our first impression. But reality can be different. Let's not fall into such a hasty judgment. We may be very intelligent, but these premature estimations can make us miss the opportunity to create a future friendship.

Sólo una estimación
Es solo una estimación lo que decimos cuando acabamos de conocer a a alguien es buena persona, alegre, divertido, respetuosa, nos hacemos juicio muy rápido, lo mismo ocurre cuando alguien no nos cae bien, decimos me dio mala vibra, no le caí bien, es muy pretencioso o se cree más que los demás.
Caemos en valoraciones demasiado pronto que hacernos ver como seres egoístas no nos damos chance de conocerlo más, nos basamos en una estimación que nos dio la primera impresión pero la realidad puede ser distinta no caigamos en una valoración tan pronta pueda que seamos muy inteligentes pero estas estimaciones anticipadas pueden hacernos perder la oportunidad de crear una amistad futura.
