Greetings again Holozing friends! 😄

This weekend I decided to spend my day drawing, in the process I was working on some ideas that I will develop over the course of the week, among them I chose to finish this little illustration of the character Naara from @holozing. Continuing with the kawaii emotes style, this time I decided to work a little bit more on the background and its elements since I didn't like the character alone, I hope you like this version and without further ado I leave you with my process!

Este fin de semana decidí pasar mi día dibujando, en el proceso estuve trabajando en algunas ideas que iré desarrollando en el transcurso de la semana, entre ellas opte por culminar esta pequeña ilustración del personaje Naara de @holozing. Siguiendo con el estilo de emotes kawaii, esta vez decidí trabajar un poquito mas en el fondo y en sus elementos ya que el personaje solo no me gustaba del todo. ¡Espero que les guste esta versión y sin mas los dejo con mi proceso!

I started by making a thumbnail sketch of the character, making it as simple as possible. Then I made the lineart with a thick brush without pressure so that the lines were all the same.

Comencé realizando el boceto tipo thumbnail del personaje, haciéndolo lo mas simple posible. Luego realice el lineart con un pincel grueso sin presión para que las líneas quedaran todas iguales.

The next step was to apply the color, here I used a layer mask so that the colors did not go outside the lines. Then I worked on the first layer of shadows with a hard brush and dark color.

Lo siguiente fue aplicar el color, aquí utilice una mascara de capa para que los colores no se salieran de las líneas. Luego trabaje en la primera capa de sombras con un pincel duro y color oscuro.

With a soft brush I started to add the general illuminations and with a hard brush I applied the most visible lights of the illustration. I added some details to the reindeer's antlers to give them some texture and at this point I was working on the background, here I applied a gradient of green colors and added particles which I blurred with a gaussian blur.

Con un pincel suave comencé a agregar las iluminaciones generales y con uno duro fui aplicando las luces mas visibles de la ilustración. Agregue algunos detalles a los cuernos del reno para que tuvieran algo de textura y en este punto fui trabajando en el fondo, aquí aplique un degradado de colores verdes y agregue partículas las cuales difumine con un desenfoque gaussiano.

Finally I added color to the lineart and adjusted the line thickness of the outlines. With the help of a pattern brush, I made the flowers for the character's horns and did some final details for the background.

Para finalizar agregue color al lineart y ajusté el grosor de línea en los contornos. Con ayuda de un pincel de motivos, hice las flores para los cuernos del personaje y hice algunos detalles finales para el fondo.
