Hoy vengo a compartirles una receta de domingo que no puede faltar, una torta fácil de hacer para satisfacer ese antojo de dulce que siempre nos da el fin de semana. En realidad la preparo Isabella, mi hija, bajo mi guía, es una torta fácil de chocolate, que preparamos a partir de una mezcla para tortas que venden en el supermercado.
Como pueden ver en la foto, son pocos ingredientes los que se necesitan, lo principal es la mezcla para tortas, es este sachet donde te viene todo mezclado, la medida de harina, azúcar, chocolate y polvo de hornear, solo hace falta agregar tres huevos, 3 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida y una taza de leche, todo viene explicado en la parte de atrás del sachet de mezcla de torta, es solo seguir las instrucciones.
Lo primero que hicimos fue poner los tres huevos a batir en la batidora así quedan bien mezclados y esponjosos, me gusta que se mezclen bien para que luego la torta no vaya a quedar mal, allí agregamos la taza de leche y la mantequilla derretida, al tener los líquidos mezclados agregamos la parte seca que es la mezcla para torta y dejamos que se bata bien.
Untamos con mantequilla y un poquito de harina una forma cuadrada para hornear, y allí colocamos la mezcla, para decorar le colocamos chispas de chocolate, y lo llevamos al horno por 30 minutos.
Y ya está lista nuestra delicioso, fácil y practica torta de chocolate, hecha con amor por nuestra hijita Isa, ella siempre tiene curiosidad por meterse en la cocina a ayudar a preparar alguna receta dulce, como galletas, gelatina, helados y cosas asi, me parecio que para enseñarle los primeros pasos para hacer una torta es útil usar estas mezclas faciles para torta que vemos en el supermercado, asi es mas probable que la receta le quede bien.
Usamos una marca llamada Dona Benta, es de las mejores que encontramos en el supermercado, de hecho es de las más caras, pero no tanto, son como 2 dólares o menos, hay muchos sabores interesantes, aunque el de chocolate es el mejor.

It is actually prepared by Isabella, my daughter, under my guidance, it is an easy chocolate cake, which we prepare from a cake mix that they sell in the supermarket.
As you can see in the picture, you only need a few ingredients, the main thing is the cake mix, it is this sachet where everything is mixed, the measure of flour, sugar, chocolate and baking powder, you only need to add three eggs, 3 tablespoons of melted butter and a cup of milk, everything is explained on the back of the cake mix sachet, just follow the instructions.
The first thing we did was to put the three eggs to beat in the mixer so they are well mixed and fluffy, I like them to be well mixed so that the cake will not be bad, then we add the cup of milk and melted butter, when the liquids are mixed we add the dry part which is the cake mix and let it beat well.
Spread butter and a little bit of flour in a square baking pan and place the mixture there. To decorate, add chocolate chips and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
And our delicious, easy and practical chocolate cake is ready, made with love by our little daughter Isa, she is always curious to get into the kitchen to help prepare some sweet recipe, like cookies, jelly, ice cream and things like that, I thought that to teach her the first steps to make a cake it is useful to use these easy cake mixes that we see in the supermarket, so it is more likely that the recipe will fit her well.
