No soy prácticante de esta actividad, pero me gusta el deporte desde la escuela, más que todo el fútbol y beisbol. Tu video esta bien explicado e instructivo para quienes ejecutan dicha disciplina deportiva, me ha gustado.
Por cierto, y ya hice esta pregunta a otro integrante de tu comunidad deportiva, es que nunca he visto a una chica prácticando tu deporte. ¿Es sólo para hombres?

I am not a practitioner of this activity, but I like sports since school, especially soccer and baseball. Your video is well explained and instructive for those who perform this sport discipline, I liked it.
By the way, and I already asked this question to another member of your sports community, I have never seen a girl practicing your sport. Is it only for men?
