Welcome to my Blog Hivers!💫
Happy Wednesday to everyone! I love places full of nature and recently I had the opportunity to take a walk in the facilities of the UCAB, this university is very beautiful, it has very beautiful gardens, with a varied and captivating vegetation, also their classrooms, laboratories and buildings are impressive and today I share with you my experience in this walk!
The UCAB or University Católica Andrés Bello is located in the city of Caracas-Venezuela, this university is one of the most recognized in my country, it has several faculties, including engineering, social sciences, economic sciences, social communication, law, among others. The entrance of the university is very wide and has a very colorful sign with the name and motto of the institution which is 'building the future'.
Upon entering you immediately find beautiful gardens, full of beautiful colors, lots of greenery, sculptures and benches for students to rest, there was a sculpture of a mantis made of brass that I loved, there are also many large stones that have history among students.
Walking in the university I came across an impressive building called 'the beehive', this place has its name because of its architecture that resembles a honeycomb, symbolically the students represent the bees that every day build their future destroying their classrooms, this building is surrounded by lots of green which I loved, you can breathe a lot of tranquility and it is very nice atmosphere there.
Something I loved on my tour was to walk around the engineering labs area, there were turbines, engines and plans everywhere, honestly the environment inspires you to want to learn, I was near a cool turboreactor that was used for a long time to teach thermal classes, it was really something very interesting and different for me.
Inside the university I also saw a very beautiful chapel near the auditorium area of the Aula Magna called Parroquia María Trono de la Sabiduría, where masses are held daily and are attended not only by students but also by people from the surrounding area of the university. On the walls of the university I could see very beautiful decorative plaques donated by entities and companies in support of student excellence.
This walk was great, surrounded by beautiful nature and very interesting and inspiring things to enrich my knowledge and I love having the opportunity to share it with you in this #wednesdaywalk. As always it was a pleasure to share part of my life with you!💞 Thank you for reading me!💫 See you soon! ✨
