Galletas de mantequilla✨🥰//Butter cookies✨🥰 [Esp-Eng]

Hola,mis queridos amigos como están espero y estén pasando una excelente semana. Hoy quiero hablarles de la galleta de mantequilla, es una sabrosa y crujiente galletita tradicional y es muy fácil de hacer y con tan solo 3 ingredientes que son:

250 gramos de mantequilla
500 gramos de azúcar
500 gramos de harina de trigo

Hello, my dear friends, how are you? I hope you are having a great week. Today I want to tell you about the shortbread cookie, it is a tasty and crunchy traditional cookie and it is very easy to make and with only 3 ingredients which are:

250 grams of butter

500 grams of sugar

500 grams of wheat flour

El primer paso es integrar la mantequilla con el azúcar, batir por varios minutos hasta que se disuelva el azúcar y tenga una consistencia esponjosa, se le agrega una cucharada de vainilla.

The first step is to integrate the butter with the sugar, beat for several minutes until the sugar is dissolved and has a fluffy consistency, add a tablespoon of vanilla.

Colar la harina, luego agregar poco a poco a la mezcla, y seguir batiendo.

Al agregar completamente la harina le damos en forma envolvente, hasta obtener una mezcla suave.

Sieve the flour, then add little by little to the mixture, and continue beating.

When the flour is completely added, beat in an enveloping manner, until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Ya al tener nuestra mezcla de galleta lista comenzamos hacer las galletitas pequeñas, en mi caso yo agarre la bolsa de harina de trigo vacía y le coloque una boquilla de repostería y comencé a darles formas a las galletitas.

Once we have our cookie mixture ready we start making the small cookies, in my case I took the empty wheat flour bag and put a pastry nozzle on it and started shaping the cookies.

También quise hacer unas galletas grandes, de esas solo hice una bolita y en el mismo platón le di en forma de círculo, luego al tenerlas lista en el Platón le polvoreamos azúcar por encima.

I also wanted to make some big cookies, of those I only made a little ball and on the same platter I made a circle shape, then when they were ready on the platter we sprinkled sugar on top.

Luego llevar las galletas al horno por unos 15 minutos.

Then bake the cookies in the oven for about 15 minutes.

Y este fue mi resultado, las galletas de mantequilla son muy divinas que hasta se te disuelven en la boca y son muy económicas de hacer, la puedes acompañar con una buena taza de café.
