An afternoon walk <3 aerobic time

Greetings dear friends, I had already mentioned that I was resuming my schedule to do at least an hour of aerobic exercise, walking and jogging is one of my favorites so today I put the batteries, my cousin this time accompanied me as he came to visit and did not want to interrupt my schedule so he joined me, it was twice as entertaining because we were talking and he has a brisk pace when walking, so he helped me to go at a fast pace, we not only walked the sports center but also some streets, which is why part of the afternoon flew by.

Saludos queridos amigos, ya había mencionado que estaba retomando mi horario para hacer al menos una hora de ejercicio aeróbico, caminar y trotar es de mis favoritos así que hoy me puse las pilas, mi primo esta vez me acompañó ya que vino de visita y no quiso interrumpir mi horario así que se unió, fue el doble de entretenido porque íbamos hablando y el tiene un ritmo apresurado al caminar, así que me ayudó a ir a paso rápido, no solo recorrimos el polideportivo sino también algunas calles, es por esto que parte de la tarde se fue volando.
