Charlemagne was born in 742. Charlemagne became king of the Frank state in 768.
Charlemagne is a magnificent military commander. And almost all of Charlemagne's life has passed in wars. Charlemagne first conquered Lombardy and Saxony. Later, he started a war against the Charlemagne Avar state. And he conquered many places where Charlemagne Avar state had. After he signed a peace treaty with the Avar state.
