Thing I'll be thinking about is how much our brain learns from repetition you can spend million months.
Telling yourself you are not good at something and after a while you stop trying not because you're actually probably that you can't do it because your brain has got used to the idea that this isn't for me then you start doing the opposite you study even.
When you don't feel like you speak up when you normally stay quiet force yourself to release things instead. Instead of abandoning them halfway.
After a while, those things start feeling normal too. And that's what I find crazy about the brain. It doesn't just remember what to do. It starts adapting to the person you are with a live being.
There's still so much about the brain that I don't understand. But the more I learn about it, the more I realize how much of our daily behavior is being shaped by things we don't even notice. And we only share.
