I will always say, true balance isn't killing your demons or becoming an angel.
It's letting both exist without letting either control you.
There is no calm without chaos. There is no light without darkness, no angel without a demon, no peace without trouble. Look, you don't find balance by eliminating one side. You find it by learning to master and carry both parts of your life.
That is how life has always been. Learning that balance and understanding how to restore short things. If you do not understand yourself, understand the sequence, understand laws of nature, understand how your body works, your weakness, your strength, it might feel so hard to understand how life actually works and how you can really make the most out of your life.
