Saludos para todos, que tengan un hermoso d铆a. Este fin de semana est谩bamos en esos d铆as de no querer cocinar. Quer铆amos comer sopita dominguera (d铆a domingo), es decir.
Fuimos a comer al un restaurante llamado El Caney Guayamuri. Ten铆an parrillas, picadillo llanero y cachapas,etc... Comida 100% Criolla.
Nos tomaron el pedido y definitivamente fue una buena opci贸n.
El picadillo es un plato t铆pico del llano y las cachapas ni se diga. Aparte de que su elaboraci贸n, tanto del picadillo, como de la cachapa, no es f谩cil de hacer.
Muchas personas creen que s铆, y no es as铆. Es bastante laborioso.
El picadillo consiste en tener mucha carne picadita asada y pl谩tano o topocho y, si se pasa la cocci贸n, queda muy espeso, lo particular de esta sopa es el sabor a le帽a de la carne y se impregna en el caldo espeso.
Y la cachapa tambi茅n tiene su t茅cnica, no en todas partes la saben hacer. Aqu铆 en la Isla me ha hab铆a acostado a que me gustara alguna, de los sitios que hemos ido. Esta me gust贸 bastante aparte que el servicio es generoso.
Este d铆a sent铆 que me hab铆a comido una muy buena comida. Yo soy llanera, por eso lo digo.... Salimos, satisfechos de la comida y de la atenci贸n en el restaurante.
El ambiente es muy agradable, una zona muy fresca, con mucha vegetaci贸n, El Tirano, av. 31 de Julio. Via playa el Agua. Estando dentro del restaurante, al mirar hacia la parte de atr谩s, se ve el Bello Guayamuri. Una monta帽a que embellece a la isla de Margarita y adem谩s pulm贸n vegetativo.
Fue uno, de esos fines de semana, que el cuerpo te pide que no hagas nada... Hay que descansar para reponer energ铆as.
De regreso despu茅s de comer ...el cuerpo pide reposo... camita. A descansar y organizarse para comenzar la semana con mucho 谩nimo.
