Today I’d like to share a store with you that recently opened here in my country called 360. I had passed by the location many times while it was still under renovation, as the building—like most in downtown Valencia, Venezuela—is a colonial-era structure. When I stepped inside, I was surprised by the sheer size of the place; it is enormous and packed with a huge variety of items. It is a department store; for instance, this section features home goods—specifically for the bathroom (I really wish this place had existed back when we were renovating our own bathroom)—but there are also tools like power drills and electric saws.
Hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes una tienda que inauguraron recientemente aquí en mi país, se llama 360. Muchas veces yo pasé por ese lugar pero aún estaba en obras de reformación ya que ese edificio, al igual que la mayoría de los que están en el centro de la ciudad de Valencia (Venezuela) es un edificio colonial. Cuando entré me sorprendí por las dimensiones del lugar ya que es enorme y con muchísimas cosas. Es una tienda por departamentos, por ejemplo en esta zona están los productos del hogar pero más específicamente para el baño (me hubiese gustado que hubiese existido este lugar en la época en la que estábamos renovando el baño de casa) pero también hay herramientas como taladros y cierras eléctricas.
They also have a wide range of household products, such as frying pans, pots, and other utensils—all of which look like high-quality items. They even stock the famous non-stick pans I like (I want one, but I don't have the money right now; as soon as I do, I won't hesitate to buy one). I also saw silicone molds, which are very useful for baking, but what truly took my breath away was the selection of stovetop espresso makers. We had one at home for years and it was excellent; I loved it because it brewed very strong coffee—just the way I like it—but it eventually broke, so we switched to making coffee the traditional way (using a filter). The stovetop espresso makers at the store range from $11 to $14, so they are quite affordable.
También tienen muchas opciones en productos para el hogar como sartenes, ollas y demás utensilios, todos se ven de muy buena calidad, incluso están los famosos sartenes antiadherentes que me gustan (quiero uno pero por ahora no tengo dinero, en cuanto lo tenga no dudaré en adquirir uno de esos) también vi moldes de silicona que son muy útiles en repostería, pero lo que definitivamente me robó el aliento en cuanto la vi fueron estas cafeteras grecas, en casa tuvimos una por muchos años y era de lo mejor, me gustaba porque el café salía muy concentrado como me gusta, pero luego se dañó y pasamos a preparar el café de manera tradicional (filtrándolo) estas cafeteras grecas que tienen en la tienda oscilan entre los 11$, 13$ y 14$ es decir que son bastante accesibles.
The store is so large that it functions like a small shopping mall; it even has a café and very clean public restrooms inside. One of the things I needed—and was glad to find there—was a router; the technology section offers a wide range of models and price points, not just for routers but for all kinds of telecommunications equipment, such as modems, Wi-Fi antennas, and those incredibly useful UPS units—which are in such high demand lately, given the frequent power outages in the area.
La tienda es tan grande que funciona como un pequeño centro comercial pues tiene incluso un café en su interior y unos baños públicos muy limpios. Una de las cosas que también necesito y que me dio gusto de haber encontrado allí es un router, y en la sección de tecnología tienen gran cantidad de modelos y precios, no solo en routers sino en todo lo referente a telecomunicaciones como modems, antenas para wifi, routers y los tan útiles UPS que últimamente aquí hacen tanta falta, y en todos los lugares donde constantemente falla la energía eléctrica.
Just look at the bathroom products section! 😍 There’s a huge selection of items—shower fixtures, toilets, sinks, toilet hardware, standard mirrors, mirrors with built-in LED lights, trash cans... basically everything I was looking for when we renovated our home's bathroom. I love it because not only do they offer a wide variety of products from various brands, but the store also accepts Cashea—currently the leading financing system in Venezuela. It allows you to pay a portion of the price upfront and cover the rest on credit, making it a fantastic option for anyone who might not have the full amount right away but wants to pay in installments.
¡Miren nada más la zona que vende productos para el baño 😍 Hay una gran cantidad en productos como duchas WC, lavamanos, herrajes para WC, espejos normales, espejos con luces led incorporadas, papeleras, en fin, todo lo que yo estuve buscando una vez para la reforma del baño de nuestra casa. Me gusta porque no solo tiene gran variedad de productos de todas las marcas, sino que además la tienda cuenta con el sistema de financiamiento por excelencia que tiene Venezuela actualmente, Cashea, en el cuál puedes cancelar una parte del valor del producto y el resto a crédito, lo cuál es una excelente opción para todo el mundo que quizá no tenga todo el valor del producto en el momento pero puede ir pagando poco a poco.
Well, friends, I’m really keen to go back there another day—but definitely with money in my pocket, haha—because the truth is, I fell in love with so many things in there.
Y bueno amigos, me quedé con ganas de regresar allí otro día, pero eso sí, con dinero en el bolsillo jeje porque la verdad es que me enamoré de muchas cosas allí adentro.
