The whole is something other than sum of its parts. Like a clock, which gears on their own do nothing much, but together they create a completely new quality that could not be deducted from looking at

What it historically was is just... yet another set of wars fought long time ago, nothing special really, humanity is at war with itself ore often then not. At least it was the case for most of the time

In that old game of Monopoly there is one card commanding the player to "Go directly to Jail. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200." It is a harsh card and unpleasant action to take. It is, also, random.

I'm still thinking about games. Alternative reality games, which are called "games" only because well-established ideologies would rather eat their own tails than let ARGs into their gang. The name, "games",

Alternate reality games are interesting in their approach to reality. On one had - yes, it's "just a game". On the other hand the narrative can be close to the "base-line" reality, with some aspects being

Are we alone in the Universe? If we are, that would be a lot of coincidence, unless one believes in God who created us specifically and the rest of Universe is here... just because. If we are not alone,

Future is going to suck, because a) robots will take our jobs, b) AI will eliminate obsolete humans, c) climate will get us, unless terrorists do it first, d) immigrants will take our jobs... oh wait,

I'm watching The Trap by Adam Curtis, BBC Documentary from 2007, telling amazing story about modern times. By coincidence (or synchronicity) it adds some information to my previous post. Not very optimistic
