It feels like an eternity. That's a bit way out coming from me. I am one that actually enjoys staying home. I love staying home, inside my room enjoying my self-isolation lifestyle. I've been doing it for years. There's little to zero complain from me. Except that my nana used to say " get out of your room once in a while". Then, I'll spend more than 15 hours outside, so she won't say I haven't. It has been like that for years now.
Until I went to college where I have to constantly going outside. Even then, I still don't have a social life and I am not even trying. I just enjoy walking by myself and observe things as I go. I learn the world through people I met, through their stories and experiences. But then, that's it. I won't see them anymore. Or if lucky, they can find me years later.
This pandemic has gotten into my nerves. That's because since the limitation movement imposed, the house is getting packed. Everyone is staying house where it used to be empty and only me inside the house, doing whatever things I love.
I don't have a noisy housemates and I am the actual noisy housemate. I like to blast music at 3 am just because I was in the mood. I don't have this problem at home since my family can tolerate my craziness. But since I am having housemates and my landlord lives next to mine, I tone down my craziness just a little bit.
I thought this quarantine lifestyle is going to be fun and normal. Not until, I started seeing a few normies I know complaining about how bored they are. And worse, going through my social media seeing people complains about wanting to go outside and being bored. Get a hobby people! It seems like even pornhub can't even contain people's boredom.
Whatever the reason is, people are stressed. I am stressed cause people are inside the house more, meanwhile people are stressed cause they can't go outside and have their social life.
