After being unable to drink coffee for almost a week, I finally had my first gourmet coffee. Right after my swimming session, I went to get creme brulee coffee. For those who have never tried this, you can try making it at home. It needs a bit of technique but I promise you, the taste is godly. The crème brulée elevates the coffee experience. And after drinking it, you will want more of it. That coffee was the perfect coffee I had after not having it for days. Bonus was, it lifts up my mood instantly, thanks caffeine and sugar!
Over the last four years, coffee has always been with me before or after I write. I released a lot of content under the title think with caffeine. It stopped at some point, I don’t know why but maybe because I wasn’t too caffeinated at some point. Even when I am at a coffee shop either to study, work, or chat with a friend, there’s always coffee. It’s just nice to be with coffee that helps me be creative.
Back when my best friend was still alive, we would chat over coffee and I would call her whenever I was at the coffee shop. Even today, whenever I go to a coffee shop or a cafe with my laptop, I would text her hoping she would answer.
Believe it or not, you can make friends over coffee. Though these days it’s quite strange if you approach someone at the coffee shop, I still do it. Sometimes I also talk to the barista or people at the coffee shop about coffee. It’s really a great conversation starter even when I feel really shy about things, coffee gets me out of my shell.
That picture was taken today after my swimming session. I visited the cafe and coffee shop that serves amazing specialty coffee and also great western food. It’s really hard to find scrumptious western cuisine in this small town. But that place was the one of a few that serves things I like from croissants to pasta.
