Hi all,
Another post in this series. Thank you for your support in the previous posts 😊
This series intends to determine if there are other aspects of cards that may contribute to increasing its value. Based on your feedback I can focus on more/other things – so feel free to tell me where you want me to go into further detail.
I include some analysis on where the cards fit in terms of strategy and a market analysis of the price of the card in previous months. Feel free to suggest what more do you want me to look into.
In this edition I will be looking at the Charlok Minotaur.
This card’s ID number is 281, and it is a card from the Reward set.
Rarity type: Common
Card stats
I will be focusing my analysis on the usefulness of this card in lower leagues (i.e. bronze to gold).
This card costs 8 mana and its main attributes are high HP and Damage (which combines well with the true strike ability). Obvious main drawback is its high mana cost; therefore, it is only worth considering in matches with high mana (>50). In high mana battles, I would say this card can be used in the following rulesets: Back to Basics, serving as a tank, as low speed will most likely hamper its ability to do damage; Noxious Fumes, due to high HP it can be used as a tank in the front, or as the card to survive last; Reverse Speed, lower speed works well for it, although other better options can be found (such as the Living Lava). Despite not a staple card in the Fire splinter, it still has its uses and since it is a cheap card, I would suggest eventually getting it.
A cheap card to get at lvl 1, which could be a worthwhile purchase.
Let’s look at the last 6 months.
Looking at the graph, the following can be concluded:
Please let me know in the comments if there is any further information you would like me to include in future analysis.
Stay safe!
