Hello Splinterlands and Hive Fam!

I hope life is treating you well wherever you are in this part of the world, and that the weekend is going great.

My Splinterlands Game account is FinPulse9.

If you talk about the Splinterlands game, then I'm very sure that you can't ignore the existence of the SPS coin, which is known as Splinter Shards. It is a popular coin in this game ecosystem because it has good utility in the project.

The reason SPS is popular is that players who are playing the game need a good stake of SPS in their game account to get better rewards. If somebody does not have an SPS holding, then there is an option to get SPS power from the market, but for the power that you lease, you will have to pay some charges. I believe this is a good option for those who are not using their own power. This way, if they do, they can surely get something instead of their power, which will be given to another person. Obviously, it's a win-win situation for the person who is giving it and also for the person who is taking it, because both are benefiting this way.

Today I checked my wallet in the game account, and I could see that there are more than 2,000 SPS coins available in liquid form. This is part of the reward because I have seen that the current APR is still more than 8%, and anybody who is staking SPS will get rewarded. I thought, why should I not stake it back? There is no point holding the liquidity in the game account since it is not going to bring any value in return.

I went ahead and submitted the stake request, so my balance is updated, and currently I am almost at 130k SPS power in my game account. Still, you can see that there is a small gap, but I believe this should be filled soon, and I will be able to cross the 130k mark in no time.

If I talk about the dollar value, then it is slightly more than 500, but I'm not that concerned about it because I know it is a very low price for the coin. I don't know what price this coin is going to reach in the market, but I surely expect some good appreciation to come to the token when the market is better.

I was planning to invest in SPS for some time, but I could not because of limited resources. Since I follow diversification with my investment, it just did not happen. It's okay because I could grab a good quantity. Although it was purchased at a higher price, that's okay because it's a market, and you don't know how things are going to be the next day. Whatever it is, I'm fine with it. Unhappy that I'm still using my stake in the game to get some good reward every season
