Greetings to all the members of this wonderful community, I’m glad to write you for the first time, and talk about how was my Sunday, I must tell you that this week in the city that I live, we had a very hot weather, therefore I did not want to go outdoors, instead I was planning to stay home all day long with my children, helping them with their school works, but when I wake up today, I saw through my bedroom’s window, and by my surprise the day was cloudy and breeze, that I immediately think of going out with my boys to ride our bikes.
Saludos a todos los miembros de esta maravillosa comunidad, me da gusto escribirles por primera vez y contarles de como me fue este domingo, debo decirles que esta semana en la ciudad donde vivo tuvimos un clima muy caluroso, por lo que no queria salir, en su lugar habia planeado quedarme en casa todo el dia con mis hijos, ayudándolos con sus tareas escolares, pero al despertar este domingo, vi por la ventana de mi habitación y para mi sorpresa el día estaba nublado y con brisa, por lo que inmediatamente pensé en salir con mis hijos a pasear en nuestras bicicletas.
We have so much time without cycling together, because of the high temperatures in the city, so this cloudy day seems to us like a blessing, after preparing breakfast, I wake up my children, and ask them if they want to ride their bikes with me, and they say yes immediately, so they got ready almost in five minutes ha, ha, ha, they were very excited, after having breakfast we went downstairs to the parking lot of the urbanization where we live, and start pedalling.
Llevábamos mucho tiempo sin pedalear juntos, debido a las altas temperaturas en la ciudad, por lo tanto este día nublado fue una bendición para nosotros, después de preparar el desayuno, despierte a mis hijos y les pregunte si querian ir a correr bicicletas conmigo, e inmediatamente dijeron que si, por lo que estuvieron listos en casi cinco minutos, ja, ja, ja, estaban muy emocionados, después de desayunar bajamos al estacionamiento de la urbanización donde vivimos, y empezamos a pedalear.
I feel comfortable riding our bikes on Sundays, because there is few traffic of cars, and we can enjoy the entire parking lot without any worries, in this occasion my older son wanted to start riding a ring 26’ bike, since he actually rides a ring 24’ bike, so he practices with his father’s bikes which is a Carbon Marathon Gt, he gives several turns so well, that I feel so proud of him, he is growing so fast, that It seems to me like it was yesterday when he was 2 years old, and he started pedalling on a Marathon Gt Match one, now my little son rides that bike, and although he hasn't learned how to stop yet with the bikes’ brakes, he enjoys a lot cycling too as his brother, and I’m sure he will have a good performance soon.
Me siento a gusto manejando bicicleta los domingos porque hay poco tráfico de carros y podemos disfrutar de todo el estacionamiento sin preocupaciones, en esta ocasión mi hijo mayor quizo empezar a manejar una bicicleta ring 26', ya que actualmente maneja una de ring 24', así que inicio su practica con la bicicleta de su padre que es una Marathon Gt de Carbono, dió varias vueltas tan bien, que me senti muy orgullosa de el, siento que esta creciendo tan rapido, que pareciera que fue ayer cuando tenia 2 años, que empezó a pedalear en su Marathon Gt Match one, la que ahora mi hijo pequeño maneja, y aunque no ha aprendido a frenar con los frenos de las bicicleta aún, disfruta mucho del ciclismo tambien como su hermano, y estoy segura que pronto tendra un buen desempeño.
I am sharing with you a photo when my older son was 2 years old, at that time he was learning how to ride a bike, and now he is eleven, and he already wants to ride his father’s bike ha, ha, ha, for that reason my husband and I, soon will have a surprise for him, we are looking the perfect bike for him, and as soon my little son dominates completely the 16’ring bike he has, we will encourage him to ride his bothers’ 24 ring bike, which is a Giant, but first he has to learn how to stop with the bikes’ brakes since he uses his feet Gosh!! He says that his hand is too little to squeeze the brakes, so he needs more practice on that bike before giving him a bigger one.
Les comparto una foto de cuando mi hijo mayor tenía 2 años, en ese entonces estaba aprendiendo a andar en bicicleta, y ahora tiene once años, y ya quiere andar en la bicicleta de su papá ja, ja, ja, por eso mi esposo y yo pronto le tendremos una sorpresa, estamos buscando la bicicleta perfecta para él, y en cuanto a mi hijo menor domine por completo la bicicleta de ring 16' que tiene, lo animaremos a que maneje luego la de bicicleta ring 24' que tiene su hermano actualmente que es una Giant, pero primero tiene que aprender a detenerse con los frenos de la bicicleta, ya que usa los pies para ello ¡¡¡Por Dios!!!. Dice que su mano es muy pequeña para apretar los frenos, así que necesita más práctica en esa bicicleta antes de darle una más grande.
