LING LONG CAFE 😀😀😀
Today, it started to rain early in the morning. @janicetan 👨👧 and I went to have a drink. We were here a day earlier. This place served really strong coffee. In Sarawak, Coffee is brewed by straining it. Passing by a coffee shop, the first thing that is that the strong smell of the coffee permeates into the nose. The staple for most Malaysians is a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
OUR BREAKFAST after an earlier breakfast.
Hainan Tea, Ice coffee and toast
I was in one of the supermarkets when I told my wife that I wanted to get some drink. She said, "LET'S go to LING LONG CAFE".
HAINAN MILK TEA
Stained using strainer cloth - The Hainan tea has strong taste.
Coffee Powder is placed in the cloth. Then later hot water is poured into the strainer. It is left to let fully diffuse the taste. Tea is also made this way.
A picture of what the coffee and tea strainer looks like.
THE MENU
The Inhouse Roaster White Coffee is a must try in this cafe.
@janicetan waiting for her drink and food.
HAINAN MILK TEA
The traditional cup. It's not easy to find places with these types of cups. Normally, coffee or tea is served in glass cups.
Raining heavily
This place is quite popular and always filled up. It took us about 10 minutes before being able to find a parking. That is the Perodua Activa, a Malaysian made compact SUV.
THE TOAST
It's great to have food that comes in twos. One for me and one for my wife. That's how we usually order. Quite creamy and deliciously good. I like how it's crispy and creamy at the same time. I ordered a cup of cold ice coffee and requested to have no sugar. A great cup of coffee on a rainy day.
The best thing to do in the morning is get a great coffee to start off the day.
A COLD CUP OF HAINAN COFFEE
The coffee is super strong. Dose of caffeine to start off my day. =)
Thank for reading and hope that your happy and do stay safe.
