Good Morning.. to all my wonderful friends here on Hive. I recently went to Bintulu after driving for around two hours from Miri city. One of the most important things is to choose a good hotel there.
This hotel is called My Century Inn.
One of the things that my wife and I love to do when we travel to Bintulu for a short trip is to try out their different hotels around the city.
We went and got a room on the second floor, and this is the view. This room has a king-size bed. The price is around USD 20 a night. The room is clean. But there are some things that I think need improvement.
This is the bed is made up of two single beds combined. I checked under the sheet to see. Overall, the hotel is quite clean. I was here for one thing, and it was that there is a burger stall below this hotel that makes salmon patties for the burger.
This place has been renovated recently, as it looks quite modern.
This is the view from the window. That is a restaurant that is not open, as it is a public holiday.
The washroom.
Quite decent, except that they did not provide a floor towel, as it got a bit slippery and I almost fell down. All the hotels that I have been to have a floor towel. Despite Miri and Bintulu being in Sarawak, both areas have different parking systems and apps. So whenever I drive into Bintulu city, I have to switch to the other app for parking.

Now for that slightly negative part, which is quite overwhelming at night, but it is not the hotel's fault at all. There is a pub nearby that doesn't really soundproof its walls, so when they have clients and play their beats till 4 a.m. It was hard for me to sleep the whole night due to me also participating in the beats. Hahah.
