Pr. Charles Spence of the University of Oxford believes that the taste of the food can be improved by consuming it with the music, that YOU like.
According to the Spence study, dishes are better when "seasoned with sounds".

He experimented with the idea of flavoring local music with food - when eating French dishes, they taste better with French accordion music, while Puccini improved the taste of pasta. The results could be repeated with German, Spanish and Greek dishes.
