Hello friends!
Red color of Monday represents red tomato ,that was not only a decor on a plate, but also fine addition to meat roll. I wanted to serve quite so the dish for two portions.
I cooked meat roll from mincemeat (allsorts), with addition of onions, potatoes, one crude egg, seasonings for meat. As a stuffing there were boiled eggs which I cut on two parts.
I baked in an oven at a temperature of 200*C before emergence of a ruddy crust.
