Hey there guys as you've seen from my previous post i've been using a new program that i bought called artrage 6
Though its color picking could use some work as you can only choose one sample unlike every other program where you can have 2 and switch back and forth, nothing compares to the illusion it gives off as it feels like its the real medium.
Today i messed around with the oil brushes and man they get muddy really quickly and it made me choose my colors far far more carefully like what an oilpainter would which was freakin an awesome experience.

I got extremely excited because it was something so so new to me, I'll try these artprocess showcases differently,
I usually have a rough background painted in first before i slap my base colors into the works.

After the base colors, I contrast things fully by placing really strong highlights and this makes the colors truly explode

Now i render a tiny bit more

oiltest10.png
And my final step as usual is that final secondary highlight to push things further

oiltest2.png
Its showcase time, I want to show these separately because they truly deserve it on their own even though they're exercises, the weight of the painting, the marks

oiltest3.png
How heavy each stroke was

oiltest4.png
How lightly i blended them

oiltest5.png
I felt all of it even though it was digital

This was true bliss for me, Im loving this experimentation so much
Also tomorrow I'm going for an interview to be a gallery assistant so wish me luck on that steemit!
