Saturday finally arrived, I needed it, I needed it, it was a tiring week, in all aspects. Although it's not like I spent the whole day doing nothing, I bathed my dogs, walked with them, helped to make a barbecue, and best of all, I could rest, a day I needed too much, just me, in my house, and everything calm, I could even do some stretching and some static to practice in the afternoon, I was bored drinking my coffee, always remember that rest is one of the most important things in training.
