Hello beloved Hive family, blessed day to all of you, I hope you are having a wonderful time, on this beautiful day I come to talk to you about the return to school this coming week in Venezuela. As it is customary here, we go on vacation for about a month, three weeks exactly, and we return on January 7, this time that date falls on Saturday, so we will be back on Monday the ninth. We resume the academic activities of the school year, starting a new period of study, we return more renewed and with more desire to continue. Many find it a little difficult to continue, because they want to extend their vacations, but reality tells us, come on, we can do it!

Hola amada familia de Hive, bendecido día tengan todos, deseo que la estén pasando de maravilla, en este bonito día les vengo hablar sobre el regreso a clases esta próxima semana en Venezuela. Como es costumbre aquí, nos vamos de vacaciones decembrinas aproximadamente un mes, tres semanas exactamente, y regresamos el siete de enero, en esta ocasión esa fecha cae día sábado, por lo que nos corresponde incorporarnos el lunes nueve. Retomamos las actividades académicas del año escolar, iniciando un nuevo lapso de estudio, volvemos mas renovados y con mas ganas de continuar. A muchos les cuesta un poco seguir, pues quieren alargar las vacaciones, pero la realidad nos dice, vamos que si se puede!

This is something that happens to the entire institutional collective (teachers, students, administrative staff, workers, parents and representatives). This year 2023, thank God we continue with on-site classes, and so the students continue with their teaching and learning process much more meaningful. We were almost 3 years at a distance and it cost a lot to study, maybe for some it was easy, but for others not so much, I am one of those who think that nothing better than going to class every day, of course we can not let pass the issue of Coronavirus that kept us in quarantine and was one of the most effective biosecurity measures, with that there is no discussion. We start this second term with new contents to impart, new knowledge, and new challenges and experiences from and outside the classroom. We continue to count on the support of parents at home to make education more effective.

Tenemos expectativas y como les dice vennos renovados, dispuestos a dar lo mejor de cada uno para continuar, esto es algo que nos pasa a todo el colectivo institucional (profesores, estudiantes, administrativos, obreros y padres y representantes) este 2023 gracias a Dios seguimos con clases presenciales, y así los estudiantes continúan con su proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje mucho mas significativa. Estuvimos casi 3 años a distancia y costo muchísimo estudiar, quizás para algunos fue fácil, pero para otros no tanto, soy de las que piensa que nada mejor que ir a clases día a día, claro no podemos dejar pasar el tema del Coronavirus que nos mantuvo en cuarentena y era una de las medidas de bioseguridad mas efectivas, con eso no hay discusión. Arrancamos en este segundo lapso con nuevos contenidos que impartir, nuevos conocimientos, y nuevos retos y experiencias desde y fuera del aula de clases. Seguimos contando con el apoyo de los padres en el hogar para que la educación sea mas efectiva.

Being a teacher by vocation is a blessing, in Venezuela there is a vocation for the profession that goes beyond anything, and we see it reflected every day when we are standing in front of our students. We are already organizing the folders to know what we are going to give when we start, simultaneously we have to prepare the clothes we will wear those days, in my case, I fix my hair and nails. At home, we leave everything ready this weekend to go on Monday with the best desire, as I told you there is a preparation prior to Monday, taking care of every detail of personal life so that we do well at work. It is our turn to meet again with our students and colleagues. It is nice to see each other again, and hug each other to say happy new year. And catch up on what we did during the vacations.

Ser profesor por vocación es una bendición, en Venezuela existe una vocación por la profesión que va mas allá de cualquier cosa, y lo vemos reflejado día con día cuando estamos parados delante de nuestros estudiantes. Desde ya estamos organizando las carpetas para saber lo que vamos a dar cuando iniciemos, simultáneamente nos toca preparar la ropa que usaremos esos dias,en mi caso, me arreglo el cabello, las uñas. En la casa, dejamos todo listo este fin de semana para ir el lunes con las mejores ganas, como les dije existe una preparación previa al lunes, cuidar cada detalle de la vida personal para que nos vaya bien en el trabajo. Nos toca reencontrarnos con los estudiantes y compañeros de trabajo. Es rico vernos otra vez, y abrazarnos para darnos el feliz año. Y ponernos al día con lo que hicimos en vacaciones.

For my part I am full of excitement for this week, I will be showing you how the day went, especially the enthusiasm of the kids, they especially enjoy coming back because they share with their friends, I am sure they would like to know, thank you because they love what I share with them, thank you for your support always, you are a key piece in my evolution in Hive, God bless you, you are loved.

Por mi parte estoy llena de emoción para esta semana, estaré mostrándole sobre como nos fue ese día, sobretodo del entusiasmo del los chicos, ellos en especial disfrutan volver porque comparten con sus amigos, estoy segura que les gustaría saber, gracias porque aman lo que les comparto, gracias por su apoyo siempre, son pieza clave en mi evolución en Hive, Dios los bendiga, se les quiere.
