Hello subscribers of my blog. Today we are going to make a very tasty roll for tea. This roll is very easy to make and has a great specific taste, so here we go.
We take five eggs and separate the yolks from the whites, add to the egg yolks one gram of salt and fifty grams of sugar. Then beat everything with a mixer until frothy and creamy consistency. Then I also whip five egg whites until they form a homogeneous foam. Then I add seventy grams of sugar and continue beating.
I combine the egg whites with the yolks and with a wooden spoon I mix everything gently until a homogeneous mass is formed. After that, I add ninety grams of sifted flour, two grams of baking powder and five tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then I put parchment paper on the baking tray and pour the previously obtained dough.
Shaking the tray to get rid of excess air send it to the oven heated to 150 degrees for 20 minutes. Once the cake is ready I transfer it to the cutting table.
Carefully trim the edges and make incisions so the crust will not break when turning. Then I put the filling on top of the crust of raspberry jam, with parchment paper roll up and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. I cut the roll and serve it for tea. Bon appetit to you friends.
