Discovering new places is something I love, especially living in a city as small as Cumaná, where we go again and again to the same places, either because they are our favorites or because we really have no other choice. A couple of days ago I was running several errands on the street, I had a pretty busy schedule and when I finished lunch I had some free time left, and I was starting to get a headache, so it was an ideal time for a coffee. I was on public transportation, so I had reduced options. Just at that moment I remembered a somewhat hidden local and decided to go and see what they had to offer.

Macadamia, is a small place located in a crossroad of Santa Rosa Av with Gran Mariscal Av, an area where I'm always walking for work reasons, haha. I had already heard about this place, they said they sold healthy sweets and all that, which I'm not a fan of, so I thought that if they sold sweets, they should sell coffee too and I was not wrong. When I entered the store, it was super beautiful, I fell in love with its aesthetics, its color palette, furniture and especially the Nescafe machine in one corner, hahaha.

I was with my boyfriend, so we ordered two Cappuccinos and sat down to wait. I was super in love with how nice the place was, so I was looking at the little details. As soon as the coffee arrived we decided to also order a Lemon Pie for both of us, although first I decided to try the coffee which was 100/10, I needed it badly. A good Cappuccino always manages to brighten up my day. And as for the Lemon Pie, it was delicious, I had never tried one before and it definitely passed the test. But I was too focused on enjoying the beautiful coffee, so I saved the dessert for later.
