Hello Naijans, hope you all are doing great. I'm glad to join in this contest and my pick is Choosing a particular Niche on Hive.
I've been able to browse through many communities and even published posts in some and if I am to choose a niche, I would go for Photography.
A good content creator, the person should also be a good photographer because there are some contents that require purely photographs.
Why Chose Photography?
I love taking pictures of things. There's no day that passes without me taking pictures of something, it could be flowers, birds, insects, plants, people, food, anything. I cannot visit a place without having something that will capture my photographic attention, lol.
One beautiful thing about photography is that one can never run out of ideas. How can when there are so many things out there to capture which will make for quality contents both on leothreads and other photography communities.
The other day I earned 1HBD including Leo token from #foodiesbeehive because of the pawpaw picture thread I made and that's not the first time.
Also with the communities on Hive that are photography related, one can always have original images to create content with and equally earn reasonable upvotes.
I have been able to publish in
Photography lovers.
Love the clouds which all about pictures of clouds.
Nature Lovers, all nature related images.
Street Art for paintings, murals, carvings, artwork etc.
Feathered friends for birds,
Foodies Beehive, cooking and food photographs.
Shadow Hunters for those who love hunting shadows. etc.
Photography brings out the creativity in one.
You wouldn't know how creative and artistic you can get until you delve into photography. Photographers are artists and how they visualize things are entirely different from the way others see them.
Photography not only inspires, it challenges one into thinking up new ideas, ways, styles, to make the object of capture come alive in a beautiful way. You can't be a photographer and not be creative, no way.
Despite not being a professional, I still add little creativity each time I take pictures. I usually snap it multiple times, in different colors, styles, until I am able to get a perfect picture.

Photography helps one notice and connect with nature, and people.
Photography makes me very observant. I notice things easily, see the beauty of and wonders of nature.
My photo gallery is filled with nature photos, butterflies, birds, clouds, flowers, cropsetc.

I believe everyone likes good pictures, so photography is an easy way to connect to people. I've had the opportunity of connecting with some good people because I shared some pictures with them.
Photography motivates you to explore.
The more you take pictures, the more you are motivated to explore more in the field of photography and probably become a professional. From there you can either sell your stock images in some online platforms, on canvas, and others.
