Put everything in the blender and mix it to a delicious cold cream. If you like, you can mix all sorts of things with it, no matter what: cereals, other fruits or nuts. But even without the cream tastes delicious. If you like it sweeter, you can add sugar, Dates, whatever into.

Coloque tudo no liquidificador e misture-o a um delicioso creme frio. Se quiser, pode misturar todo o tipo de coisas com ele, não importa o quê: cereais, outras frutas ou frutos secos. Mas mesmo sem o creme, o sabor é delicioso. Se gostar mais doce, pode adicionar açúcar, datas, o que quiser.

Alles in den Mixer und zu einer delikaten Eiscreme mischen. Wer mag, kann sich alles mögliche dazu mixen dann, ganz gleich ob Müsli, andere Früchte oder Nüsse. Schmeckt auch pur als Creme sehr lecker. Wer es süßer mag, kann auch noch extra was zu mischen.
