Happy Night Hivers, I hope you are happy and in harmony.
My 11-year-old daughter took a pastry course a few days ago, and now I have insisted on learning how to make some recipes.
I started with some donuts, I lack some practice for their shape but they were great in flavor.
Make the ferment, place the warm milk in a bowl, dissolve the yeast and add a tablespoon of sugar, dissolve well and leave covered until double the volume. In a bowl, mix the ointment butter with the sugar once the sugar has dissolved, place eggs one by one and mix.On the table or in a bowl the flour in the shape of a crown and add the mixture of butter, unite everything and then add the ferment, knead until a smooth dough is achieved, beat the dough a little, let it rise covered.
Once the dough is proofed, it is cut into pieces and stretched with the roller, approximately 1 cm.
Then we are going to proceed to cut the dough circles and make the holes. I did it with a large lid and a smaller one.
Place the donuts on a tray and leave to rise until they double in volume.
In a pan, heat oil and fry the donuts until they are golden brown, remove them from the oil and drain them.
Finally sprinkle with sugar and they are ready to eat.
