Entre muchas risas ella y yo pasamos un agradable momento mientras preparaba mis deliciosos shawarmas y los de otros clientes que le hab铆an hecho varios encargos.
A shawarmas is a Middle Eastern food made with pieces of meat strips that are cooked vertically, with vegetables and chickpea sauce. But here we prepare it Venezuelan style, it can be chicken meat plus some smoked sausages. They can also be mixed or with everything, these are the best ones hahahaha, she has a big griddle, where she prepares all the meats and sausages, when they are cooked she puts them on the Arabic bread and adds the vegetables and sauces. I really enjoyed the experience of preparing this delicious meal with my friend. Getting together and sharing with friends is always the best, because with these moments of sharing we strengthen the bonds of union and friendship. I hope that these moments are repeated much more frequently, without letting ourselves be absorbed by the busyness of daily life that limits us so much.

Un shawarmas es una comida originaria del medio oriente que se realiza con pedazos de tiras de carne que se cocinan en forma vertical, con vegetales y salsa de garbanzos. Pero nosotros aqu铆 lo preparamos al estilo venezolano,puede ser carne de pollo adem谩s de un poco de salchichas ahumadas. Tambi茅n pueden ser mixtos o con todo estos son los mejores jajajaja, ella tiene una plancha grande,donde prepara todas las carnes y salchichas, cuando est谩n cocidas los coloca sobre el pan 谩rabe y le a帽ade los vegetales y las salsas. La verdad disfrute al m谩ximo est谩 experiencia de preparar junto a mi amiga est谩 deliciosa comida. Reunirnos y compartir con amigos siempre siempre es lo mejor, ya que con estos momentos de compartir reforzamos los lazos de uni贸n y amistad. Espero que estos momentos se repitan con mucha m谩s frecuencia, sin dejarnos absorber por las ocupaciones de la vida diaria que tanto nos limitan.
