Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven todas mis publicaciones, Hoy vengo a ustedes con una anécdota sobre el tiempo en el que estuve en el estado Falcón en el cual visité la playa y realicé varios movimientos de la calistenia con agarres de madera los cuales pueden impresionar un poco, sin más que Añadir vamos con la publicación de hoy.
A warm greeting to the great #hive community and everyone who reads all my posts. Today I'm here with a story about my time in Falcón state. I visited the beach and performed several calisthenics movements with wooden grips, which may be a bit impressive. Without further ado, let's get on with today's post.
estas fotos van situadas después de la competencia que se realizó en la playa manaure organizada por la gran comunidad de Street workout community en la cual el día siguiente fuimos a visitar otra playa que quedaba cerca del lugar donde nos hospedábamos y aprovechamos tanto mis amigos como yo para poder ver el lindo paisaje que vendría siendo de la playa y también realizamos ejercicios un rato para poder calentar muy bien el cuerpo y también principalmente para poder tomar buenas fotos para poder publicar en redes sociales y mostrarle a las personas que este gran deporte como lo es la calistenia se puede realizar en cualquier lugar del mundo sin importar las condiciones de el terreno el lugar donde se desee realizar.
These photos were taken after the competition held at Manaure Beach, organized by the great Street Workout Community. The next day, we went to visit another beach near where we were staying. My friends and I took advantage of the opportunity to see the beautiful scenery of the beach. We also did some exercises to warm up our bodies and, above all, to take good photos to post on social media and show people that this great sport, calisthenics, can be done anywhere in the world, regardless of the terrain conditions or the location.
en este caso realicé ejercicios como lo viene siendo el pino tanto abierto como normal, la straddle planche y muchos movimientos los cuales realmente son bastante vistosos y bonitos de hacer en un lugar público para demostrar el trabajo duro que realizamos para poder realizar dichos movimientos. Así que con esto terminaría el post de hoy Espero que les haya gustado mucho nos vemos en el siguiente.
In this case, I performed exercises such as the handstand, both open and normal, the straddle planche, and many movements that are truly quite attractive and beautiful to perform in a public place to demonstrate the hard work we put in to be able to perform these movements.
