Whenever I am on traffic duty, there's always something weird and humorous, not to mention heart-attack moment for us. And today, we have this "smarty pants" parking in a way that makes us wonder what is going on with that driver.
At a glance, it looks a lot like the car has been through a bad bumper accident; but when you look closely, it seems to be some kind of advertisement.
When you look at such a slot, this means it is for double parking. Any car that comes first must park in the inner section of the parking slot, while there will be another car double park it with a telephone number attached for any owner to call later.
Unfortunately this "smarty pants" could have decided before the traffic controllers arrive, he / she can outsmart us (traffic controllers) with a "Samaritan gesture" that it has enough space for a smaller car to slide in; or this person is just a horrible driver.
