Hola soy Aranza, la hija menor y la niña de la casa, estudie Comercio Exterior y logré graduarme en la universidad a los 22 años con honores, mis padres me dicen la inteligente de la familia ya que fui la única en cursar la educación superior. Mis hermanos trabajan en una fábrica como obreros, mi papá es vendedor en un almacén y mi mamá es oficinista.
Después de recibir mi título universitario ingresé en uno de los bancos más importantes del país. Me adapte rápidamente al mundo laboral, soy muy carismática, alegre y de buen corazón. Empecé a ayudar económicamente en mi hogar y a soñar con tener mi casa propia.
El ambiente de trabajo era muy agradable, aprendí mucho, mis jefes eran estrictos y eso me ayudo a superarme cada día. Mis compañeros, los mejores de todos, hicimos amistad rápidamente, como era la más joven y la última en ingresar al banco, me cuidaban como a una hermana menor. Los fines de semana nos reuníamos mayormente en casa de Carlos ya que contaba con un espacio al aire libre muy acogedor. También íbamos a la playa y la montaña.
El banco estaba en búsqueda de nuevos jóvenes para reclutar y es allí cuando ingresa Cesar, un chico tímido, sin experiencia laboral, dos años menor que yo. Lo asignaron al mismo departamento donde yo estaba y me tocó enseñarle el trabajo. Era un poco lento para aprender pero tenía la mejor disposición. No quería separase de mí en ningún momento, estaba inseguro, sin embargo cada día lo hacía mejor. Cesar por agradecimiento hacia mí empezó a llevarme chocolates, dulces en general y un día me invito al cine, tenía un carro pequeño y algo viejo que le habían regalado sus padres al graduarse.
Cada día las atenciones eran más evidentes, mis amigos aseguraban que gustaba de mí pero yo no les prestaba atención. Hasta que Cesar tuvo que ausentarse una semana por problemas de salud y me di cuenta que lo extrañaba más que a cualquier otro compañero. Mis alarmas se encendieron, ¿amor a la vista? No lo estaba buscando.
Cada día Cesar y yo estábamos más unidos, me llevaba todas las tardes a mi casa y dejé de pasar los fines de semana en casa de Carlos por estar con él. Carlos y el resto del grupo me decían que él no me convenía, no me representaba, era menor que yo y con menos experiencia, yo estaba en otro nivel y el apenas al inicio de la escalera. Pero con los sentimientos no hay quien pueda, nos hicimos novios pero no todo fue color de rosa y mis amigos me decían que los escuchara, Cesar era un niño al que le faltaba madurar.
Al cabo de dos años de relación intermitente, Cesar consigue otra oportunidad laboral y renuncia al banco. Muchos pensaron y yo también que sería el fin del noviazgo, pero Cesar era insistente. En su nuevo empleo le enseñan sobre inversiones y finanzas y hace sus primeros movimientos en la bolsa de valores, le generó ingresos adicionales, le gusta y aprende rápidamente. Luego las inversiones eran un poco más arriesgadas pero como estaba asesorado por expertos todo resulta bien. Sin darse cuenta Cesar ya contaba con negocios que le estaban dando dividendos.
Ocurrió lo que menos me imaginaba…Quede embarazada. Al principio cada uno estaba en su casa, luego me fui a vivir a la casa de los padres de Cesar. Cuando tenía siete meses de embarazo le dije que no podíamos estar más tiempo allí, quería nuestro hogar así que empezamos a buscar apartamentos según nuestro presupuesto. Logramos comprar nuestra primera casa en las afueras de la ciudad, era un viaje de una hora pero valía la pena. Compramos lo necesario para poder habitar y acondicionamos la habitación del bebé.
Nació Amanda y a los pocos meses me reintegre al banco, Cesar ahora con nueva responsabilidad se esforzaba más por aprender de negocios, escuchaba a los expertos y realizaba los mismos movimientos. También desarrolló su propia estrategia. Luego del segundo cumpleaños de Amanda estaba embarazada de nuevo, no lo esperábamos. Nació Anastasia y el apartamento nos estaba quedando pequeño y la distancia a la ciudad dificultaba las cosas.
Nos arriesgamos, vendimos nuestro primer hogar y compramos otro en la ciudad, más grande y cerca de mis padres. Después cambiamos el carro viejo y pequeño por una camioneta de segunda mano pero en mejores condiciones.
A Cesar lo nombraron Gerente de Inversiones, nuevo cargo, nuevas responsabilidades, nuevos negocios. Nuestra economía siguió mejorando. Cesar por su trabajo empezó a rodearse de personas exitosas, talentosas y quería ser como ellos, tenía aspiraciones altísimas y yo lo apoyaba en todo. A pesar de los altibajos en los negocios mejoramos nuestro estilo de vida, viajamos, arreglamos nuestra casa y compramos un pequeño vehículo para mí. Seguía trabajando en el banco y mis amigos recordaban los inicios de mi relación con Cesar a lo que yo respondía…
-No debemos subestimar a las personas, ustedes me decían que Cesar era poco hombre para mí y ahora miren lo que hemos logrado. Tenemos nuestra casa propia, dos vehículos, estabilidad económica, dos hermosas hijas y una relación que promete seguir avanzando. Aposté a Cesar y gané.
Todos me daban la razón y se disculpaban por haber juzgado a una persona sin darle la oportunidad de demostrar lo que era y lo que podía lograr.
Hoy en día Cesar y yo tenemos dos inmuebles, un apartamento de playa y la casa principal en la ciudad, dos vehículos de agencia, acciones en clubes, vacaciones en el exterior, grandes inversiones en la bolsa y renuncié a mi empleo en el banco después de diez años para atender a nuestras hijas e involucrarme más en los negocios familiares.

Hello, I am Aranza, the youngest daughter and the girl of the house, I studied Foreign Trade and graduated from college at the age of 22 with honors, my parents call me the smart one in the family because I was the only one to attend higher education. My brothers work in a factory as laborers, my father is a salesman in a warehouse and my mother is an office worker.
After receiving my university degree, I joined one of the most important banks in the country. I adapted quickly to the working world, I am very charismatic, cheerful and kind-hearted. I began to help financially in my home and to dream of having my own house.
The work environment was very pleasant, I learned a lot, my bosses were strict and that helped me to improve myself every day. My colleagues, the best of all, we made friends quickly, as I was the youngest and the last one to join the bank, they took care of me like a younger sister. On weekends we would meet mostly at Carlos' house, since he had a very cozy outdoor space. We also went to the beach and the mountains.
The bank was looking for new young people to recruit and that's when Cesar, a shy guy with no work experience, two years younger than me, joined the bank. He was assigned to the same department where I was and I had to teach him the job. He was a little slow to learn but he had the best disposition. He did not want to be separated from me at any time, he was insecure, but he was getting better every day. Cesar, out of gratitude towards me, began to bring me chocolates, sweets in general and one day he invited me to the movies, he had a small and somewhat old car that his parents had given him when he graduated.
Every day the attentions were more evident, my friends assured that he liked me but I did not pay attention to them. Until Cesar had to be absent for a week due to health problems and I realized that I missed him more than any other classmate. My alarm bells went off, love in sight? I wasn't looking for it.
Every day Cesar and I were closer, he took me home every evening and I stopped spending weekends at Carlos' house to be with him. Carlos and the rest of the group told me that he didn't suit me, he didn't represent me, he was younger than me and less experienced, I was at another level and he was just at the beginning of the ladder. We became boyfriend and girlfriend but not everything was rosy and my friends told me to listen to them, Cesar was a child who needed to mature.
After two years of on and off relationship, Cesar gets another job opportunity and resigns from the bank. Many thought and I thought it would be the end of the relationship, but Cesar was insistent. In his new job he is taught about investments and finance and makes his first moves in the stock market, it generated additional income, he likes it and learns quickly. Then the investments were a bit more risky but as he was advised by experts everything turned out well. Without realizing it, Cesar already had businesses that were paying dividends.
What I least imagined happened... I got pregnant. At first we were each at home, then I went to live at Cesar's parents' house. When I was seven months pregnant I told him that we could not stay there any longer, I wanted our home so we started looking for apartments according to our budget. We managed to buy our first house on the outskirts of the city, it was an hour drive but it was worth it. We bought what we needed to be able to live in and set up the baby's room.
Amanda was born and a few months later I rejoined the bank. Cesar, now with a new responsibility, made more effort to learn about business, he listened to the experts and made the same moves. He also developed his own strategy. After Amanda's second birthday she was pregnant again, we did not expect it. Anastasia was born and we were outgrowing the apartment and the distance to the city made things difficult.
We took a chance, sold our first home and bought another one in the city, bigger and closer to my parents. Then we exchanged the old and small car for a second hand truck but in better condition.
Cesar was appointed Investment Manager, new position, new responsibilities, new business. Our economy continued to improve. Cesar began to surround himself with successful, talented people and wanted to be like them, he had very high aspirations and I supported him in everything. Despite the ups and downs in business we improved our lifestyle, traveled, fixed up our house and bought a small vehicle for me. I was still working at the bank and my friends remembered the beginnings of my relationship with Cesar to which I responded....
-We should not underestimate people, you told me that Cesar was too little man for me and now look what we have achieved. We have our own house, two vehicles, economic stability, two beautiful daughters and a relationship that promises to keep moving forward. I bet on Cesar and won.
Everyone agreed with me and apologized for having judged a person without giving him a chance to show what he was and what he could accomplish.
Today Cesar and I have two properties, a beach apartment and the main house in the city, two agency vehicles, shares in clubs, vacations abroad, large investments in the stock market and I quit my job at the bank after ten years to take care of our daughters and get more involved in the family business.
