Cuando se es ama de casa siempre andamos buscando que inventar en la cocina para que nuestros seres queridos coman algo diferente y no aburra siempre de lo mismo. Tenía tiempo sin comprar este tipo de carne y el bistec que es una pieza delgada de carne de res. El consumo en mi hogar es más de carnes blanca como pollo; esto es porque también es más económico que la carne de res. Entonces decidí realizar el almuerzo de hoy muy variado.Aquí les mostrare mi almuerzo variado.

When we are a housewife we ​​are always looking for what to invent in the kitchen so that our loved ones eat something different and not always get bored of the same thing. I had not bought this type of meat and the steak which is a thin piece of beef in a long time. The consumption in my home is more of white meats like chicken; this is because it is also cheaper than beef. So I decided to make today's lunch very varied, here I will show you my varied lunch.

Comencé sazonando las piezas de carne, simplemente con sal, cebolla rallada y salsa de soya.

I started by seasoning the pieces of meat, simply with salt, grated onion and soy sauce.

Lleve a cocinar con un poco de aceite, y deje que se doraran un poco y luego retire de la cocina y reserve.

Luego realice un arroz blanco, casi siempre lo hago blanco sin agregar otro ingrediente. Me encanta que quede suelto y suave.

Luego realice unas tajadas de plátano. Y luego de tener todo listo, serví mi comida variada. Siempre me gusta acompañar mis comidas con ensaladas y los plátanos que no pueden faltar, ya sea en tajadas o un plátano acaramelado que también me fascina
